Packing Lists
Preparation is key to a perfect ride. Use our curated lists to ensure you have everything you need.
On the Bike
- Helmet (required — no helmet, no ride)
- Bibs or padded shorts
- Jerseys (pockets matter; you'll carry your own snacks between van stops)
- Cycling shoes + cleat covers for café stops
- Cycling socks
- Gloves
- Sunglasses
- Wind vest or packable rain jacket — mountain descents run cold even on warm days
- Arm + knee warmers for early rollouts
If You're Bringing Your Bike
- Your pedals and saddle — even if you ship the bike, carry these on
- Bike computer + mount and chargers
- A spare derailleur hanger (the one part we can't always source locally)
- Saddle bag with your preferred tubes/plugs
- Travel case or shipping arrangement sorted well before departure
- Note: our mechanic handles daily checks — bring YOUR quirks, we'll handle the wrenching
Off the Bike
- Casual dinner clothes — nice, not formal; we're cyclists, not bankers
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Swimwear for pools and recovery soaks
- A light layer for evenings
- Personal toiletries + any medications
- Book or downloads for the quiet hours — recovery is part of the program
Don't Forget
- Chamois cream (your week will thank you)
- Sunscreen — riding sun is sneaky sun
- Electrolytes or your preferred ride nutrition if you're particular (we stock the van either way)
- Chargers for everything; a small power strip earns friends
- ID, insurance card, and the confirmation email from your booking page
- Room in your bag for the jersey you'll want to take home
